Here’s how our process works:
Step 1: Booking Your Exhibition Space
The journey begins when you secure your stand area at the exhibition. Booking a space only stand is decisive for your stand. Do you want an inline stand which is on one side open or maybe island space which is open on all sides? Or maybe better to book a headstand (three sides open) which gives you wall space for a closed-off meeting area or storage.
Once your exhibition space is confirmed, we’re ready to take the next step in creating the perfect stand for your brand.
Step 2: Share Your Preferences and Requirements
To create a design that aligns with your vision, we invite you to share your preferences, requirements, and any specific goals you have for your stand. This can include elements such as design style, brand colors, functionality, space usage, and any special features you’d like to incorporate. The more details you provide, the better we can tailor the design to your needs.
Step 3: Initial Design and Proposal
Once we have all the necessary information, our design team will begin crafting an initial stand design. This first draft will be based on your preferences and exhibition objectives. Along with the design, we will provide a detailed proposal.
Step 4: Collaboration and Refinement
We understand that your stand must perfectly reflect your brand. Therefore, once we presented the initial design and continue our collaboration, we work closely with you to fine-tune and adjust any elements. Whether it’s tweaking the layout, adjusting the colors, or adding new features, we ensure that the design meets your expectations before moving forward.
Step 5: Finalizing the Design
Once we’ve made all the necessary adjustments and you’re completely satisfied with the design, we finalize the concept. At this stage, we confirm the stand’s specifications, materials, and overall design.
Step 6: Exhibition Paperwork and Regulations
With the design finalized, we take care of all the paperwork required for the exhibition. This includes submitting any necessary documents for permits and compliance with exhibition regulations. We ensure all deadlines are met so there’s no last-minute rush.
Step 7: Graphics and Branding
The next step is delivering your graphics. There’s a deadline for submitting these files, and if wanted we work with you to ensure that your graphics are aligned with your stand’s design.
Step 8: Stand Construction and Completion
And then it's time, the construction phase begins. Our team takes care of building your stand to perfection. We manage every aspect of the construction process, ensuring everything is ready before the exhibition opens. We double-check everything – from lighting and technology to branding and signage – to make sure your stand is ready to impress.
Step 9: On-Site Support and Dismantling
If needed we provide ongoing support during the exhibition, ensuring everything runs smoothly. After the exhibition ends, we handle the dismantling and removal of your stand, leaving you with a hassle-free experience.
